What is the best part of your job? The best part of my job is helping kids that might not be able to graduate in a regular school setting earn a high school diploma. What is the most challenging part of your job? The most challenging part of my job is trying to keep kids motivated to attend school on a daily basis and to keep grinding when things get tough.
