Magics Celebrate Spring Student-Athletes

The Barberton HS Athletic Department and Spring Sports Programs celebrated the 2018 Spring Sports Season on Tuesday evening.   The Spring Sports Teams had 58 student-athletes who were awarded with Suburban League Academic Student-Athlete Certificates for having a 3.5 GPA or higher for the previous quarter.  Congratulations to those students and their families. BHS Softball Finishes Season with Wins

The BHS Varsity Softball team finished off the season with two wins at Copley.  They won 19 – 0 and 6 – 1.  Best of luck to our seniors!

Magics Battle Walsh Jesuit but Come up Short

Magics Travel to Wooster on Wednesday for Sectional Tournament Game

On Tuesday, the Varsity Softball team lost 11 – 6 to Aurora. Macy Ries had four RBI’s. The Magics Softball Team ( #9 seed) will be playing on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. against Wooster HS (#8 seed).  This will be at Wooster HS.  The winner of this game will play on May

BHS Softball Battles Back Against Medina Highland

The BHS Softball team battled back just falling short in a 6 – 5 Suburban League game against Medina Highland on Monday, May 7, 2018.  On Tuesday, the team will play Aurora.  The Varsity will be at HOME and the Junior Varsity will be on the road.  Both games will be at 4:30 p.m.
